within an international team, you will be in charge of giving input in the development of a new food product. based in unilever r&d center in the netherlands, you will conduct experiments whose conclusions will support decision making about the design of the product.
the intern will be in charge of:
conduct a literature review.
formulate working hypothesis and conceive experimental matrix.
run trial experiments and analysis.
gather, process and constructively criticise results.
communicate the conclusions: report, oral presentation.
targeted profile:
m. sc. student with background in chemistry, biochemistry, nutrition.
a previous experience with biopolymers is a plus.
ability to live & work in english.
excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
